About Anneen Venter | Holistic Coaching and Wellbeing

I have spent decades working as a nurse, supporting people through some of life’s most challenging moments. Throughout my career, I became deeply aware of how much emotional strain and personal struggle people often carry alongside their daily lives.

As I transition from nursing, I now work as a wellbeing coach while studying counselling, with the intention of becoming a qualified counsellor in the future. My coaching work focuses on providing a calm, respectful space where people can pause, reflect, and work towards greater clarity, balance, and personal growth.

I believe that personal well-being matters, and that everyone deserves a supportive space to explore life challenges without judgment or pressure.

Who I Support

I support individuals who are seeking greater balance, clarity, and personal growth in their lives. People may be navigating stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps.

My role as a coach is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore these experiences, build self-awareness, and develop practical strategies that support well-being and resilience.

My Approach

My approach is holistic, client-centred, and tailored to each individual. I consider emotional well-being, personal values, and everyday life circumstances when supporting clients, always working at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

What guides my work is a focus on self-awareness, reflection, and practical change, helping people create greater balance and well-being in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.

Drawing on decades of experience supporting others through difficult times, I am committed to providing a calm, respectful, and empowering space for personal growth and wellbeing.
