I have spent decades working as a nurse, supporting people through some of life’s most challenging moments.
Through this experience, I became deeply aware of the emotional strain and personal struggles that often exist alongside everyday life.
As I transition from nursing, I now work as a wellbeing coach while studying counselling, with the intention of becoming a qualified counsellor in the future.
My coaching work focuses on creating a calm, respectful space where you can pause, reflect, and move towards greater clarity, balance, and personal growth.
I believe that well-being matters, and that everyone deserves a supportive space to explore life’s challenges without judgment or pressure.
